Expression of Interest (ÒEOIÓ) must be made by completing the EOI form referred to in and attached to a copy of the current Investor Information Memorandum (ÒIMÓ). Applicants should ensure that they read the IM in full prior to lodging any EOI. Launch makes no guarantees that it will achieve forecasted returns stated in the IM and is not responsible for any losses sustained by its clients due to changes in financial markets, economies or government legislation. Launch can accept no responsibility for events beyond its direct control.
Jurisdiction
