Launch Appoints Dynamic Trio to its Board
Launch Corporation is pleased to announce the appointments of three new members to our Board of Directors: Peter Carlei, Simon Vinson and Marc Lunedei; effective from the 30th August 2011.
All three have extensive and diverse experience in Property, Construction, Property Law and Finance sectors and bring new expertise to Launch Corporation in the areas of strategic counsel and analytical direction.
As Launch Corporation expands its operations, a demand to pursue the best talents available to strongly navigate the company is always a leading objective of CEO Michael Kokkinos. Peter is a Commercial Property lawyer and Director of Russo Pellicano Carlei Solicitors with more than 20 years experience in property and construction law. Peter sits on the Advisory Board where his experience sees him well versed to guide Launch Corporation from the project conceptual and planning stage, through to construction and completion. Simon has amassed over 20 years commercial experience in senior management positions, holding position as either CEO/MD or Board within large organisations such as Coles Myer Ltd, GE Capital and Onelink Transit Systems. Simon also forms part of the Advisory Board and is a stakeholder of various Launch Corporation projects as well as being responsible for the company’s strategic and analytical direction. Marc has 25 years experience in the construction and labour hire industry and in 1995 founded the iconic MC Services Group Australia where he remains the Managing Director for the group. His subsidiary company MC Building & Construction, has also completed various developments for Launch Corporation and he is a stakeholder and Director of various projects undertaken by Launch making Marc a great addition to our Board.
